A cold trap is strongly recommended to protect the vacuum pump from volatile vapors.

Quick Start Guide:
Clean and Assemble: Ensure all components are cleaned and sterilized.
Connect Chiller: Attach the chiller to the condenser and set it to 0°C (32°F). Always fill the condenser from top to bottom.
Set Vacuum System: Connect the vacuum pump to the cold trap, and then to the rotovap.
Heat Bath: Set the bath temperature to 40°C (113°F).
Start Rotovap: Turn on the motor and set the speed to around 100 RPM for initial evaporation.
Begin Evaporation: Slowly inject solution and monitor the system, adjusting the injection rate to match evaporation output for stable chiller temperatures.
